atleast as far as i'm aware;
synopsysis not the correct spelling ofsynopsisCelciusis not the correct spelling ofCelsiustempratureis not the correct spelling oftemperature
and these spelling mistakes should therefore be resolved in the source code, not by bypassing the typos tool by extending its dictionary.

I have fixed a bunch of spelling mistakes in [ipmi-rs](datdenkikniet/ipmi-rs#57)
For this the amazing [typos](https://github.com/crate-ci/typos) spell checker was used. See `typos.toml` for false positives.

I noticed some typos. So my usual setup using typos.
If necessary, I can drop the workflow.
